7/21 To Binghamton

We had clear skies for our short ride to Binghamton.  This is the ride that Goody, Pete, and Will had trained on in the spring in preparation for the summer.  We immediately got on 96 south and climbed the steep hill to Ithaca College.  We rode the rolling terrain through Candor to Owego, where we loaded up on caffience and gaurana and rode to Binghamton on Taylor/Bodie Hill Road, which features some nice hills including a long downhill where we clocked 50mph.  We happily cruised into Binghamton where we ate a ton of Pizza from Nirchi's at Goody's place on Oak Street and then hosted a party and passed out somewhere.  

Lenny went on a 5,000 mile transcontinental tour in 2011!  He looked a lot different at the end of that than in this picture
