We rode past Nazareth College to Pittsford where we found a breakfast at the Coal Tower. We went to Towpath bike shop where Goody got a new tire and I got my cleat fixed thanks for the friendly staff. We made our way back to the Erie Canal bike path and adjoining roads all the way to Lyons, where we found as route to Seneca Falls on some awesome rural roads. We made our way to Will's Grandfathers house, where we feasted and watched the Tour de France.
